Welcome to Bottle Assets

Bottleassets.com is a specialized marketplace for listing and trading fine spirit bottles. These terms govern the use of our platform and services.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be of legal drinking age in their respective country to use Bottle Assets. By agreeing to these terms, users affirm they meet this age requirement.

3. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products, including the condition, authenticity, and any other relevant details of the spirit bottles.

All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

4. Payment Terms

Transactions on Bottle Assets are processed through Stripe. We accept various payment methods supported by Stripe, in compliance with our secure payment policy.

The payment process is the following:

Buyer purchase the bottle and shipping. The payment is stored in a Stripe connect account so the seller can see that the payment is made. When the seller confirm the packet is shipped. The buyer receive a notification the the packet have been shipped. When the buyer confirm the packet is received, the payment will be released to the seller. Bottleassets.com will from the stored amount take sales commission on the agreed amount.

Payment processing services for [account holder term, for example, drivers or sellers] on Bottleassets.com are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / and so on] or continuing to operate as a [account holder term] on [platform name], you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. 5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is managed by an external company and is purchased separately from the bottles by the buyer.
• Age verification may be required upon delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and must comply with shipping restrictions.
• Shipping is only available in Denmark as of now.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Products sold on Bottle Assets are non-refundable.
• In cases of damaged or significantly misrepresented products, buyers may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Buyers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Bottle Assets will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers if they cannot resolve issues amicably.
• Our decision in the mediation process is final and binding.

8. User Conduct and Fraud Prevention

• Zero tolerance for fraud, including selling counterfeit bottles.
• Fraudulent users will be banned and may be reported to law enforcement.
• Users must cooperate in fraud investigations.

9. General Terms

• Bottle Assets does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users on the marketplace.
• Our Privacy Policy which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Denmarks courts.
